I checked today and this contest is getting very tough. There are some very strong competitors in the contest. A few blogspots have a "seemingly" unfair advantage because of the direct link into the Google standings but I believe that there are some very good SEO experts who are not using blogspot. As a business owner, not a web host, I am at a disadvantage. I believe I have a chance to end in the top 100 pages but only time will tell.
I have been contacted by "a few other" contestants to create an advantage and I have researched a few competitors forming alliances. All of which is legal and a great idea.

Results 1 - 100 of about 57,400 English pages for seocontest2008.
12 days ago there were no listings, now there are over 57k English pages? Amazing the power of pride, competition and money.
