Well i applied when it was first came out in BETA, i dont know actually when did the Microsoft Affiliates network came out but i applied for them after 2 days of it's Beta launch.

I was declined with the following reasons:
Your website isn't appropiate to participate.
OR
We are currently not accepting Publishers from PAKISTAN.
