Thanks for sharing such nice information. I agree with you that links from .edu and .gov have great importance but the major difficult matter is to obtain the links form .edu and .gov because to get .edu and .gov links is such tough task.

Linking from any authority website is always good, whether is .gov or .com .org etc.
