My top tip would be to make good use of negative keyword matches. That's something that many beginners forget to do.

Yes it isn't.

BTW guys, always split ads and landing pages to check the conversion rate. Usually, I make around 5 landing pages and 3-4 ad groups to check which one is working great for me.
