I have disabled the linking script because I cannot remove the "bad" links as fast as the robots can put them in.
Any suggestions?

I added a a line in my robots.txt "no index" For the addlink.php a few weeks ago.
Friday, last week I re-uploaded the addlink.php for this directory. There are no live links to it anywhere in my pages. I hid the addlink.php URL where I thought no one could find it. last night I found 30 links using one reciprocal link.
I went in the ADMIN and deleted 30 SPAM links from this week!!!! It took me about 15-30 minutes to find them and delete them.
