need PHP directory help

I installed a Rec. Link Directory ( Directory ) on my manufacturing site last year. I have several problems with it, maybe too many to list.

The biggest problem is, that there are a lot of ways to cheat it and SPAM it. I spent several hours late last year removing "inappropriate" links and nonreciprocating links.

I have disabled the linking script because I cannot remove the "bad" links as fast as the robots can put them in.

Any suggestions?

Its a bad script to handle kc, would you be interested in changing directory scripts.

As far as i know, phpLD is so-far the best known for link directory.

What is the main difference between the free and paid script buddy?
I thought phpLD is only a premium script.

I am willing to purchase 3.3 but I will need help installing it and transferring data.
