How do I scrape meta keywords from an entire site?

I so feel like a newbie posting this question, it must be the cold messing with my mind...

How would you gather all META keywords from all pages on a website into a neat list, without having to go through each and every page?

I use Webceo, but cannot find this option at the moment...

Do you mean you cannot find the option in webceo or you have lost the link to webceo to download the software? (in sig link free seo tools)
